Weapons of Mass Destruction
This strong title was thought to get someone attention as we continue to see the overt and covert work of Satan, the Bible says the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy also to be mindful of the devices of the enemy.Micheal Porter's book " Kill Them Before They Grow"with the subtitle "Misdiagnosis of African American Boys in American Classrooms". Speaks of a diabolical scheme to destroy a generation that Satan has set up an evil system that is sown into every fiber and fabric of both this nations history and it's present condition. This scheme is very obvious in some places and extremely subtle in others, but its objective is to render the Body of Christ impotent and unable to come together as the community of faith is intended too.Let's go to the Word of God in Matthew 2:7-8,12-18 (NLT) Then Herod called for a private meeting with the wise men, and he learned from them the time when the star first appeared. 8 Then he told them, “Go to Bethlehem and search carefully for the child. And when you find him, come back and tell me so that I can go and worship him, too!”

The Escape to Egypt
13 After the wise men were gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up! Flee to Egypt with the child and his mother,” the angel said. “Stay there until I tell you to return, because Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”
14 That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, 15 and they stayed there until Herod’s death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “I called my Son out of Egypt.” [fn5]
16 Herod was furious when he realized that the wise men had outwitted him. He sent soldiers to kill all the boys in and around Bethlehem who were two years old and under, based on the wise men’s report of the star’s first appearance. 17 Herod’s brutal action fulfilled what God had spoken through the prophet Jeremiah:
18 “A cry was heard in Ramah—
weeping and great mourning.
Rachel weeps for her children,
refusing to be comforted,
for they are dead.”Here in the text Herod did not want to praise or acknowledge the child he wanted to kill him. He knew what the system of this world knows that if a generation grows up healthy physically and mentally that at the appointed time they will be able to take their rightful place in that society. The attack begins by doing all it can by removing God from the public square, and by doing so as it says in the book of Judges "they did what was right in there own eyes". The inner city becomes a place that Charles Darwin would liken to the "survival of the fittest". Many of these persons by the time they leave elementary school they have have dropped out mentally and have lost their sense of pride and purpose. Brothers and Sisters there is more than one way to kill someone you can do it with weapons, do it with words ,instilling worthlessness,through welfare. You can take away a person's spirit, identity, destroy their dream and tell them directly and indirectly they have no purpose. When this kind of attack employed is done overtly and covertly long enough and starts early enough to undo the damage will take tremendous work therapeutically and spiritually something that many of "us" are unwilling to do.I close with this, what weapon(s) has the enemy used against you, your family, your community and how is it effecting you, your family and your community. This was written as a internal look and some of the things that winked at and looked the other way ! Let's look to the hills which come our help for our help comes from the LORD ! Jesus Came Preaching, TEACHING and Healing ! (Matt 4:23)
In 2 Timothy 3:16-17 we read:
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for
reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may
be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
"The word "inspiration" means "breathed out by God". Rephrased, this verse says,
“all scripture was breathed out by God and is inspired and profitable for teaching,
conviction, correction, instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be
perfect, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
To expand further the word doctrine is translated "instruction," reproof is translated
"conviction of sin," correction is translated "improvement of character" and instruction
in righteousness, has the idea of “training or discipline.”
We could accurately paraphrase this verse this way:
“The scriptures for the salvation of our spirit, soul and body are Divinely breathed by
God and are profitable for instruction, for the conviction of sin, for the improvement of
our character and for our training in righteousness, so that we may be mature, being
fully equipped for every beneficial work!”
The word of God is (and has) everything we need to become a complete and
perfected Christian, fruitful in every good work!
According to 2 Timothy 3:16 the scriptures are profitable in least four ways
The Authorship of the Word of God
“For all scripture is given by inspiration of God (is God-breathed).” 2 Tim 3:16
“Know this first, that no prophecy is of any private interpretation. For the
prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as
they were moved by the Holy Spirit.” 2 Peter 1:20, 21
Because it is supernatural in origin, it sometimes seems like the Word is contrary to
human reason. It is not contrary to reason, but contrary to the natural mind and
ordinary human experience! Men being raised from the dead, being led by a pillar of
fire and cloud, or hearing and writing the Word of God under Divine Guidance are not
ordinary experiences… But given the extraordinary nature and abilities of God the
events recorded for us are not contrary to reason. He can do anything!
The Word of God is completely trustworthy! We can build our lives on it without care
because He watches over His Word to perform it and He is not a man that He can lie
The Word of God Is Alive
Hebrews 4:12 says:
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged
sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints
and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Man's Opinion In Light Of God's Word
The authority of God's word has been established. However, there are those who
believe and preach contrary to the word. What should our attitude be?
We must obey God’s Word
Once we have knowledge of the Word, we must be obedient to that word in order
to call him Lord.
"And why call me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" Luke 6:46
“As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel
unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:9
We must yield our personal opinions to scriptural authority.
We must read, hear and meditate on the Word.
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall
meditate therein day and night, that thou may observe to do according to all
that is written therein: for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then
thou shall have good success." Joshua 1:8
We must set aside time every day to read the Word of God.
• The Bible will keep you from sin. Psalm 119:9-11
• It is a lamp unto our feet, lighting the way we should go Psalm 119:105
• The Bible is a guide to, and equipper on, the way of life. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
• The word cleanses us. John 15:3, Ephesians 5:26
• The Bible causes people to live fruitful and prosperous lives. Psalm 1:1-3
• To rightly divide the word and not be ashamed. 2 Timothy 2:15
• The word is the Sword of the Spirit. Ephesians 6:13-17
• Because faith comes by the word. Romans 10:17
• Because we are destroyed for a lack of knowledge of the word. Hosea 4:6
• By it we receive hope Romans 15:4
• It brings us continuing salvation 1Timothy 4:16
• It contains everything we need to live a godly life. 2Peter 1:3-4

Expos'e From The Dark Side !!! part 3 "Do You Know Jesus"
Let Me present to some and introduce to others Jesus "The Christ" from Nazareth. Some of us say we know Him in essence is we professing knowledge of Him which can only come from reading and/or having an encounter with through the Holy Spirit. Jesus states in the John's Gospel 5:39 " Search the scriptures in them you think you have eternal life theses are they which testify of me", 2 Timothy 3:16 says "All scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for doctrine reproof and correction, for instruction in righteousness (17) that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. Some of us only are interested in taking the short cut so we spend our time trying and looking for an physical but mostly an emotional encounter which might not have been Christ at all. When Paul had a encounter with Jesus on Damascus road it affected his life in such a way that he became willing to do ...and to go through...THE PROCESS. During this process Paul is willing to share with us 2Corinthians 12 So to keep me from becoming proud, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger from Satan to torment me and keep me from becoming proud.After that he says,Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away.Each time he said, "My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness." So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through
me. Paul through the Holy Spirit is teaching us a profound TRUTH. I think that the "Church" has become too prideful !! How soon we forget Preachers, and leaders and other people who claim to know Christ.Who and will not press the issue of Bible study in the home and the CHURCH. I not trying to offend anyone but someone has to say it. We have people in the fellowship who are in leadership who truly do not believe that we should study to show ourselves approved.(if the did they would) Why do only a few show up when there is a prayer meeting, don't they KNOW the POWER of agreement "that the fervent effectual prayer avails much". Much of our relationship with God is emotional many of us to come to Church to shout, dance and be entertained by the Pastor. When we should be getting instructions on spiritual warfare. We should be coming to Church with pens, note books coming with the expectation of learning practical ways of applying the scripture to our lives.
In this culture we must be aware of the overt and covert work of satan, if we would stand back and look the garden of eve experience and Jesus encounter in the wilderness then listen to John in the epistles satan attack is always the same the bible says in 1John 2:15-16 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.(16)For all that [is] in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world. We need balance many Christian do not see the Man of God as God's instrument, do not and will not sow into there lives the bible says 1 Timothy 5:16-17,Elders who do their work well should be respected and paid well, especially those who work hard at both preaching and teaching.Now with that being said the leader should not be looking riches his responsibility is look at the Christ and allow the teaching and the Holy Spirit to mold him. The largest Christian Church in the world,over the past century, the world has been witness to the growth of Christianity throughout Western and non-Western nations alike. However, few countries can rival the expansion rate demonstrated by South Korea during the last several decades. Some within the Christian church would herald the spread of the Christian faith in Korea as a remarkable achievement. Yet, one must not forget to examine the full-scope of effects that Christianity has had on the native way of life on the Korean peninsula, last time I checked the Pastor David Yonggi Cho was living in an apartment with a million members we have Pastors in the US living like "rock stars" on the backs of widows and persons on welfare as they sell the "prosperity gospel" which in no gospel at all
The Bible says in Proverbs 3:31 Do not envy the oppressor,and choose none of his ways. In USA there in Racism, Classism and Sexism, if we truly want to be free we must begin to look at these things in light of scripture.If we do our lives, families , our Churches, our ministries will never be the the same .Many African American Christians have problems with this subject of racism and to that what I say is "it is what it is." Isn't true, that that African-American where brought over in the hulls of ship by people who called Christians, " it is what it is". Isn't true that these Christians could go to Church on Sunday hang and rape on Sunday night.Isn't true that these Christians could allow the slaves to live in the worst condition and give them little or no resources for education therefore rendering the slave powerless to understand, then in conjunction with that came all the settle attacks. First he would separate the family, he picked and chose whatever woman he desired in spite of the father of those children, then he would to call them names ie. the N-word, stupid, shifless , lazy,ignorant, until they came to believe, then later the slave would embrace and begin to call themselves those same names and then assume the behavior. My point is not really the issue of racism but how can we say we know Jesus and allow these things to go on and do or say nothing, we should be able to sit at the table as Christians of all races and work out our differences. Where is the conviction of the Holy Spirit ?? Proverb 3:31 Says Do not envy the oppressor,and choose none of his ways. We see the results of not doing anything reflected in the Church today, many Churches won't allow women to preach, those who do have resources look down on those who don't, the original Church in book of Acts 4:32 saysNow the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. 33 And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. 34 Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, 35 and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need. Brothers and Sisters I pray this message today makes all of us uncomfortable Christians of every race creed and color we have work to do , but first become a student of scripture, search the scriptures get to know the teachings Jesus Christ , allow the Holy Spirit to guide you, and by all means PRAY !!!!!AMEN
